Only 2 days to go until the Yorkshire Tough Mudder which will be a whole new level of challenge. Over 10 miles of mud and obstacles including Arctic Enema, Birth Canal, Killa Gorilla, Everest 2.0 and Electroshock Therapy! Sounds like I’m in for a fun afternoon!
The following weekend sees me at the Epic Wiggle Yorkshire Tour Sportive which is 101 miles through some of the best countryside that Yorkshire has to offer from quiet undulating roads to the high exposed moors with their perpetual views and stunning landscapes. The route includes some of the same route from Le Grand Depart but I don’t think it will see the same speeds!
The training blog has been updated for the last week and there have been some new photos added to the gallery so why not check them out.

Yes you can change gear, it’s just like being on the road but in the comfort of your own garage! Thanks for the luck – will need it
